- Clear images of the product will be requested to verify the damage before approving a replacement or return.
4. Return Process:
- Return requests must be submitted via customer service on WhatsApp within the specified period.
- Once the request is reviewed and approved, the return process will be coordinated with the customer.
5. Refund Policy:
- If a return is approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned product for future purchases.
- Cash refunds are not available.
