Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Period:

Customers have the right to return products within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. Return Conditions:

  • Perfumes: Perfumes can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.
  • Personal care products: These products can only be returned if they are defective or have a manufacturing issue.
  • Products must be in their original condition with all labels and packaging intact.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If a damaged or defective product is received, please contact customer service via WhatsApp available on the website within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Clear images of the product will be requested to verify the damage before approving a replacement or return.

4. Return Process:

  • Return requests must be submitted via customer service on WhatsApp within the specified period.
  • Once the request is reviewed and approved, the return process will be coordinated with the customer.

5. Refund Policy:

  • If a return is approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned product for future purchases.
  • Cash refunds are not available.

6. Exceptions:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
  • Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable.
